Requirements and Application Format

Hello and welcome!
Thank you for your interest in Chroma. To become a member of our Linkshell, you need to read, understand, and follow the rules.

Since Chroma is an european Linkshell you should live in Europe. However, even people from other continents can be allowed to join when their usual playtime is during the european primetime. Currently we are also looking for people who are able to play during rather early and/or late EU hours.

You should be able to speak proper english in order to understand everything, to state your opinions, to chat with your Linkshell mates, to carry out commands during battle and so on.

If you are currently applying to another Linkshell, don't bother applying here.

Members are expected to make Chroma their only Linkshell, with the following exceptions:

- Mission and Event Linkshells (Dynamis, Salvage, CoP Missions, ...)

Currently we are looking for players who fulfill the following requirements and have at least one of the jobs we are recruiting at the specified level. If we are not recruiting your main job but you have another job we actually are recruiting at level 75 you can still apply as long as you are fully equiped and willing to play that job whenever you get asked for it.

What we do expect

Our members are expected to put the Linkshell's goals before their personal ones. Most activities we do together are for benefitting the Linkshell as a whole so we can remain strong and all get what we are looking for.
Know your job and your task in every situation. You should have all appropriate subjobs leveled and know how to behave.
You should also know about all other jobs and what they are capable of. Only as a team it is possible to succeed.
Know your way around. If you are new to an area find yourself some info on the web. You should also have the maps or the means to print them.

What we are NOT looking for

People who make an idiot out of themselves in front of the entire server.
People who like to flame and spam on KI or other Community Pages without respect for anyone or anything.
People with a bad reputation who repeatedly make their reputation worse.
People who cannot participate in Linkshell events on a regular basis.
People who are out to benefit themselves, and will only think of themselves and their own gain.
People who think Chroma is a quick and easy way to obtain drops/items they want.
People who think Chroma is a quick and easy way to make money!
People who don't know anything about how to play their job well, and what's expected of them during LS events.
Mages who are missing incredibly important spells for their subjob (i.e. Erase).
People who are NOT interested in end game activities and would rather level/farm/sit in Whitegate instead of doing these events.
